This is probably my favorite one of your icons. 
The composition is very effective, with the angle of the face, and the contrast between the lighter fur and the background.
The texture of the plants and the scarf also looks great.
Overall, it has enough contrast to look detailed, even with the thumbnail view, and the composition makes it interesting and gets my attention nicely.
